Fry the chickpeas in oil, and add the broth and the sage.

Bring to boil, turn off, whisk the mix into a food processor, and keep it warm.

Pour the mix into the pastry, cover it with oven foil, and bake for 10 minutes at 200°.


1 roll of pastry;

1 can of chickpeas;

2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil;

1 shallot;

5 spoons of vegetable broth;
