A bio-revolution is underway. Italy, with over 2 million hectares dedicated to integrated cultivation, is a leader in the organic sector. It boasts the highest percentage of organic farming surfaces, accounting for 16% of the total, compared to Germany and Spain at 10%, and France at 9%. Additionally, Italy holds the record in Europe for the number of organic producers.
