Poppy Bread

Put the four in a bowl and add the cube of baking powder with half of the water and the sugar. Add salt, oil and the remaining water and work the dough until it is smooth, then transfer it into a bowl, brush it with oil and live it to rise for 2 hours.
Divide the dough in 3 parts, forming 3 round loaves, brush them with the egg, cover them with poppy seeds. With a knife, cut a cross deep ½ cm on each loaf.
Live the loaves to rise for further 10 minutes and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°.
INGREDIENTS
450g organic flour “0”;
1 cube of baking powder;
1 teaspoon of sugar;
½ teaspoon of salt;
¼ l warm water;
3 spoons of organic extra virgin olive oil;
Poppy seeds;
1 organic egg;
Oil.
