The evolving landscape of organics, opportunities to optimize its potential in modern distribution, challenges necessitating the identification of new tools, and the prospects for collaboration between producers and distributors were the focal points of the conference ‘Organics in Italian Modern Distribution.’ This conference took place last Thursday, January 19th, at Marca by Bolognafiere and was organized as part of the Being Organic in EU project.
